Using Poll Everywhere鈥檚 Course Management Tool

Poll Everywhere’s Course Management tool puts all of your courses in one place and allows for more efficient activity management and syncing for rosters and grades.

Instead of individually exporting gradebook reports for each course, with Course Management you can create assignments that sync directly to Canvas.

This tool can be enabled or disabled by individual presenters and instructors within their Poll Everywhere account. This feature is optional, and users can revert back to their original settings at any time.

To Enable:

  1. Navigate to one of your course’s home pages in Poll Everywhere in two ways:
    • Open the course in Canvas and click on the Poll Everywhere navigation button on the left-hand menu. Click through to log into Poll Everywhere with your 正品蓝导航 credentials.
    • If already logged in, go to the section and click the “Courses” button at the top of the page to see a list of the courses you have imported. Select your course.

    Once on the course’s landing page, click the “Try it out” button in the green banner at the of the page.

    The page will update with a new Courses button in the left-hand navigation, and an “Add New Assignment” button where the “Add New Gradebook” button used to be.

With Course Management enabled, you can now:

  • Access your entire list of synced courses without needing to go to the Participants tab.
  • Sync rosters for your courses directly from the new Courses page.
  • Add assignments to Canvas directly from PollEverywhere.com.
  • Sync grades from the course landing page.
