While AI can certainly help individual productivity, there are also numerous opportunities to improve business processes within a department using these tools and other automation technologies.  As individuals participate in the AI Training and begin exploring these tools, this often leads to additional questions about how to change current processes.  OIT staff are offering departments and teams the opportunity to meet with us to facilitate discussions around process improvement using AI and other automation tools.
