About Us

With the conclusion of our 2018-2025 strategic plan, the Division of Student Affairs is entering a period of reflection and discovery. As we develop our next strategic plan, we will engage our campus community to gather insight, assess evolving needs, and identify new opportunities. This pause will ensure our next divisional plan aligns with institutional priorities and reflects the voices of our students, staff, and partners. We look forward to shaping a bold new vision for the future.

Setting success with purpose

During the 2025-2026 academic year, ��Ʒ�� will be developing a new University Strategic Plan — and the Division of Student Affairs will be shaping a new plan of its own.
Getting ready for what's ahead

Committee selection and work begins in Fall 2025, with progress updates shared at every Division meeting. We will officially kick off the new plan on Impact Day in August 2026.
Partnering for success

All Division staff and many key stakeholders will have opportunities to share ideas, offer input, and help set our course forward.
Engaging in the conversation

There will be ongoing opportunities for open comment, options for providing informal feedback directly to the Senior Vice President, and an application-based opportunity to serve on the planning committee.
