Biographical Note
Joe and Jan O'Neill are family friends of the Bush family from Midland, Texas. Having met Bush when he was younger, Joe watched as his peer went from his days in the oil industry, to the Governorship, and eventually the White House. Jan had been a close friend of Laura Bush, later introducing her to George.聽
