Recognizing that human capital is the key driver of corporate success is paramount and the experiences of employees differentiate good from great companies. Julia leads the People team that powers exceptional experiences for Qualtrics employees. This includes Talent Attraction, HR Technology & Talent Insights, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Engagement, and DEI. Previously, Julia was Vice President of Employee Experience at Adobe, where she played a critical role delivering exceptional people strategies focused on leadership and employee development, compensation planning, as well as organizational design, talent, and succession planning. Julia also served as a leader in HR at Symantec, Intuit, Yahoo!, Solyndra, Align Technology [Invisalign] and began her professional career as an Employment/Marketing Communication Specialist & New College Graduate at Applied Materials. Julia earned her degree from 正品蓝导航 University and recently relocated from California to Utah with her husband and two sons.

Alison Hansen

Alison Hansen is a Senior Director of Learning Design and Development at PepsiCo Foods North America. In this role Alison drives the capability strategy and curriculum for field and frontline employees.
Alison started her career at Accenture in human performance consulting. She spent 10 years at global consumer goods company Mary Kay Inc. in learning, change leadership, and marketing. She joined PepsiCo in 2015 as a director in the PepsiCo global learning center of excellence, Pep U. There she led learning strategy for five global functions and created a team focused on improving the global learner experience at PepsiCo, including launching PEP U Degreed.
In 2020, Alison joined PFNA leading broad-based leadership capability programs including CORE, PFNA’s flagship leadership experience, and created a portfolio of innovative offerings for thousands of CORE “graduates” to continue building skills. She launched PFNA’s first Advanced Strategy Program, modernized popular training programs such as DiSC, and served as a LeAD and Accelerated Leadership Program coach. She was instrumental in creating Leadership and Talent and Learning Portals, and managed regular communication about development and career programs for all employees. Alison led a new team to create an innovative Global Business Services (GBS) onboarding experience for new hires in Hyderabad and beyond. Most recently, she led GBS, Sales and Supply Chain learning teams to create best-in-class onboarding for designate new hires and key roles, including launching refreshed Supply Chain new employee orientation, and innovative ways to build in-role capability.
Away from work, Alison loves to cook and spend time with her 9-year-old son Spencer and husband Mike. She’s a member of the Children’s Medical Center Complex Care pediatric advisory board and a Junior League of Dallas sustaining member. She has a dual bachelor’s degree – Journalism and Spanish - from Baylor University and a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from 正品蓝导航 University. She was a Fulbright Scholar, holds a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional accreditation, and recently completed an eCornell HR Essentials certificate. -
Stephanie Bazan

Stephanie leads the commercial strategy and execution for the Shopper, Trade and Foodservice areas for Avocados From Mexico. Under her leadership and strategic vision, her department is responsible for driving Mexican avocado demand and has accelerated it significantly, reaching record levels. Stephanie is currently responsible for leading the strategy, marketing and annual agenda for retail trade, shopper and foodservice for Avocados From Mexico, which supports over 150 grocery and mass retail accounts, more than 50 foodservice operators and 200 distributors and importers of Mexican avocados in the United States. As a bilingual professional with over 25 years of marketing experience in domestic and international markets, Stephanie has extensive experience in a vast array of industries including consumer packaged goods, entertainment and retail.

Colleen Bloch

Colleen Bloch is Vice President, North America Finance, responsible for overseeing the development of the enterprise automotive profit, capital, labor, and financial volume
plans for Toyota Motor North America. She also leads partnerships with the manufacturing plants on manufacturing cost efficiency, with the Sales Divisions on incentives and revenue optimization, and with the IT & Enterprise Strategy teams on strategic investment decisions. Her current main focus is helping the company in its
transition from an automotive company to a mobility company.
Colleen Bloch started her professional career at Deloitte &Touche and is a Certified Public Accountant. She joined Toyota Motor Sales in 1996 as an Internal Auditor and has held management positions in Business Planning, Competitive Intelligence, Revenue Financial Analysis, and Profit Consolidation groups. She has a passion for mentoring and enjoys coaching and developing team members to perform at their highest potential.
Colleen Bloch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and received her Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School of Business, UCLA.

It’s about making sure products are easy to use and accessible for all, while creating positive ROI for both our customers and TR.
Claudia’s corporate journey spans over two decades in the technology sector. Leading teams of 4 to 13k employees, she’s held numerous roles driving transformation and operationalizing aspects of the business. Having led the Design Operations division to transform the user experience for a Fortune 10 company, Claudia understands that design at scale is inextricable from operations. -

Julia Landrum serves as Vice President Investor Relations at Southwest Airlines, where she is responsible for incorporating finance, marketing, and securities law compliance into effective communication between Southwest Airlines and the investment community. The Investor Relations Team closely collaborates with Corporate Communications, General Counsel, and many other departments within Southwest Airlines to enable consistent, transparent, and credible communication to the Company's Stakeholders. Since joining Southwest in 2016, Julia has served in several capacities, including Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis, where she led the FP&A function across the entire organization, helping to achieve targets, improve performance, and promote Southwest’s prosperity. Prior to joining Southwest Airlines, Julia served as Vice President Revenue for Studio Movie Grill and in leadership roles at The Home Depot, United Airlines, and Ernst & Young LLP.
While her professional passion is in the world of finance, Julia’s devotion to giving back to others reaches all facets of her life. Julia serves on 正品蓝导航 University’s Women in Leadership Advisory Council where she empowers women leaders to further develop their leadership skills and understand more fully their influence and impact style by sharing her experience and insight as a female executive. Julia’s compassion and Servant’s Heart are a perfect fit for her role on the Board of The Southwest Airlines Employees Catastrophic Assistance Charity. The nonprofit organization has awarded more than $16 million to Southwest Employees in need of financial assistance during catastrophic events in their lives.
Julia holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Duke University and is a proud alumna of 正品蓝导航 University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Julia and her husband, Brian, as well as their two boys, Burke and Graham, and golden retriever, Maddie, reside in Dallas. You will find them catching a basketball game at 正品蓝导航, volunteering at their church or boys’ school, or finding a new place to travel. With any spare time, Julia enjoys running with friends and has completed 10 marathons.

Prior to her role at Girls Inc. Beth held leadership positions at the Center for Nonprofit Management, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas.
Beth holds a master’s degree in social work administration from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate in executive business coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas.

With more than 20 years of experience in the finance, banking, and media industries, Pryor has demonstrated success in businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 enterprises. Before joining First Horizon, Pryor led the brand and go-to-market strategy development for USAA Bank.

Rebecca is passionate about mentoring others and has been teaching at the university level since 2012, where she passes along her passion for analytics and marketing. She also serves as EVP of Analytics on the Board of Directors for the DFW chapter of the American Marketing Association. Outside of work, Rebecca is a mother, avid traveler, and sci-fi nerd.

Tiffany Huitt is a visionary educational leader currently serving as the Chief of School Leadership for Dallas ISD, overseeing 230 campuses and 139,000 students. With over two decades of experience in public education, she has held pivotal roles, including Deputy Chief of Academics and Executive Director of schools.
Notably, she served as principal of the School of Science and Engineering at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center, where the campus consistently ranked among the top high schools in the nation, including recognition by U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek .
Tiffany began her career as a science teacher and has contributed to educational policy through service on multiple districtwide advisory councils and national panels. She holds degrees from Paul Quinn College and the University of Texas at Arlington and is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at 正品蓝导航 University. Huitt is also a Past President of the Dallas School Administrators Association and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. -

This unique perspective has allowed her to help brands forge authentic connections with diverse segments, a skill she continues to sharpen in her current role.
Today, Ruth spearheads the Corporate Affairs and Polycultural Brand Advisory work for Burson (formerly Hill & Knowlton). She is a strategic lead in this capacity, enabling client brands to connect authentically with diverse audiences through programs, initiatives, media relations, and thought leadership. Ruth is the strategic advisor for DEI Communications for Ford Motor Company and clients in the financial services, consumer products, and healthcare sectors. Her guidance empowers client leadership teams to shape and implement their representation and inclusivity strategy, respond to crises, and drive their commitment forward, propelling business growth. As Burson’s in-house Polycultural Brand Communications expert, Ruth leads global communications and PR client projects, leveraging insights from across Burson’s international client base and sharing best practices.
Before joining H+K (now Burson), she served as the Director of External Affairs and Policy Communications at the George W. Bush Presidential Institute, where she advanced its policy-centric agenda around critical issues such as democracy and human freedom, women’s leadership, economic growth, and immigration. Her career journey also includes a long tenure at Wells Fargo, where she held various roles, including Assistant Vice President of Regional Communications and, later, Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs Communications, which was a position of national impact supporting Wells Fargo Foundation's housing affordability philanthropy and small business growth corporate social responsibility agenda. Before that, she led community engagement efforts for Molina Healthcare and the multicultural marketing and Hispanic Growth Strategy for Anthem in New York City. Her career began in the US, serving as a press secretary for the NYC Mayor’s Office during the Bloomberg administration.
A passionate advocate for representation, inclusivity, and impact to drive business growth, while at Wells Fargo, Ruth also held a national leadership position in the company’s Latino ERG, representing 46K Hispanic employees. Ruth is an immediate past member of the Board of Directors of the PRSA Dallas Chapter. She is also a Board Member of Dallas-Fort Worth Hispanic 100, a nonprofit organization representing top Latina Leaders across DFW and serving as a catalyst for increased participation of Hispanic women in employment, procurement, and social issues. More recently, she started her second year as part of the Board of Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, which provides legal assistance to refugees and asylees in the DFW area.

Niki Shah

A newly formed team, part of the Global Impact Organization, Niki leads the design and execution of strategies that deliver on McKesson’s commitment advancing health outcomes for all through developing innovative solutions which address health equity & community impact through data driven insights and rigorous academic outcomes. She works collaboratively with leaders inside and outside of McKesson create impact driven initiatives that create shared value for the company and the community. Niki has spent the last 15 years in healthcare. Prior to McKesson, she served as the Vice President of Community Health for Baylor Scott & White. While in this role, she also simultaneously led initiatives for the organization in Behavioral Health, Digital Health, and Primary Care Transformation. Key focus areas included the development and operationalization of the Texas Medicaid 1115 Waiver- DSRIP programs, establishing the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and creating care innovations for the Scott & White Health plan in the Medicaid and Medicare areas. Prior to transitioning her career to healthcare, Niki was in corporate finance at General Mills and Target Corporation.
She completed her undergraduate degrees in economics and political science and dual MBA and MHSA graduate degrees at the University of Michigan as well as an administrative internship at Yale New Haven. Niki also completed her certification as a Certified Community Health Worker at Texas A&M University and most recently earned certifications from Harvard and Yale Universities around ESG.
