Event and Guest Parking on Campus
The Parking and ID Card Services Office can assist members of the University community and off campus groups plan for all event parking on campus.
Important considerations when planning events and scheduling parking
- Please check with us for parking availability by emailing before submitting a Stable Event Request. Events are often booked many months in advance and space for daytime guests and events are limited. Bishop Blvd is often scheduled 3-6 months in advance and may not be available. Parking is not avaiable for ÕýÆ·À¶µ¼º½ home football games and may be very limited during volleyball, basketball or major institutional events. Please check game day schedules and Tate Lecture schedule
- Keep in mind Stable Event Support Request and Srable Guest Permit Orders are not automated. They are processed weekdays only during business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Orders are not processed during University closures. Please allow time for processing.
- Students and employees attending a campus event should park using the appropriate student or employee permit and location as they are not visitors. Event permits are for off campus visitors and guests. Event coordiantors should only distribute guest permits to invited off campus guests
- All events and meetings bringing vehicles to campus must be scheduled in advance. That includes any vendors you have for you event will need to have parking and loading/unloading coordinated.
- There is no free or open parking evenings or weekends, only by scheduling.
- No budget to provide parking for your guests? Self pay and parking options can be arranged using Stable. Please indicate this on you event support request.

Campus Bus Visit Parking
Thank you for your interest in visiting ÕýÆ·À¶µ¼º½. We hope you enjoy our campus. It holds many treasures to explore and experience.
Please complete the and tell us more about the group visit you are planning. We require 14 days advance notice. Most of our parking is located in structures so surface space to park a bus on campus is limited and scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
ÕýÆ·À¶µ¼º½ Visitor Parking
- Visitors may use our self-pay and park locations on campus using or purchase visitor permits by the day or the month online on our website as a or in the Parking and ID Card Services office. No free parking after 5pm or weekends.
- Game Day attendees should visit for ticket and parking, shuttle, rideshare, information.
- The Visitor Parking Map is available for download through our website.
