Rendering of the entrance to the Bush Presidential Center's InstituteDALLAS (ÕýÆ·À¶µ¼º½) — Former President George W. Bush and Mrs. Laura W. Bush will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony on the future site of the George W. Bush Presidential Center at ÕýÆ·À¶µ¼º½Ìýtoday.

The Center, which will be completed in 2013, includes the George W. Bush Presidential Library and the George W. Bush Institute.
